Columbia Threadneedle Investments has an expanding portfolio of offices in central London. This latest venture in the heart of Victoria demanded a space that exuded intelligence and flexibility. This Category A fit-out was tailored to allow for effortless adaptability, catering to the diverse needs of future occupants while maximizing the available space’s full potential. In the current post-COVID climate where there is a surplus of office space due to the downsizing of many corporate offices, a new space is judged not only on its workspace but the amenities of the building. It was therefore paramount for us to create a highly functional amenity-rich environment.
