Among its myriad of innovative features are contactless smart access control, real-time air quality monitoring, and live meter reading feeds. By harmonising these data streams, we’ve cultivated a dynamic, real-time dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of on-site activities, enabling us to optimally manage resources.

Beyond its cutting-edge technology, 30 Lighterman proudly showcases its remarkable sustainability achievements. It has earned a coveted EPC B rating, BREEAM Excellent certification, and the prestigious status of being carbon-neutral—a truly remarkable feat for a centenarian structure. This commitment to sustainability not only honours the building’s historical significance but also positions it at the forefront of contemporary eco-friendly design and operation.
