Starting with the warm welcome of the fully refurbished reception at the building’s main entrance, an equally inviting lobby and waiting area await tenants and visitors on the fourth floor. Soft seating is arranged amidst an industrial green backdrop, drawing inspiration from the nearby Hammersmith Bridge. This is complemented by warm, golden lighting framed by biophilic elements, paying homage to the proximity of the Thames.

Creating an environmentally responsible workplace was one of the client’s primary objectives. Out of the 67 tonnes of waste generated during the initial strip-out, an impressive 93% was recycled. Moreover, the choice of materials, including eco-backed flooring and SmartSpace technology, contributes to the pursuit of a BREEAM Excellent Rating for the entire building, with similar efforts undertaken on 3 different floors of the building, The gallery below features imagery from two of these floors. This unwavering commitment to sustainable design not only elevates the workspace but also underscores the importance of aligning environmental responsibility with innovative design.
