Focusing on more than bricks and mortar our approach takes this building beyond traditional Cat A design. We have chosen not to just superficially reposition this building on the market, instead we have taken a holistic approach, re-branding the experience.

We take pride in understanding what the future of the office may hold, In this age the workplace is not just a place of work, it is now a humancentric experience where the health and well-being needs of the occupant go hand in hand with a successful space.

Taking cues from hospitality, retail and members club design we are creating an ambiance where even the smell of the workplace is taken into account. Upon entering the new space you’re lifted by all your senses. This is a place for relaxation and a place for focus – the new home of the next generation of Kensington Village
